Gary McCourt, the founder of EGM Business Consulting, brings over 20 years of diverse experience in business operations, digital transformation, and operational change management. While the consulting firm may be in its inaugural year, Gary himself is far from a novice when it comes to solving complex business challenges.
Based in Adelaide, Australia, Gary excels in partnering closely with clients to understand their unique needs. His expertise covers everything from identifying and clarifying business challenges to designing a myriad of solutions that often involve a blend of procedural and digital changes.
Beyond strategic planning, Gary takes a hands-on approach, overseeing every project from inception to execution. His range of services includes but isn't limited to scope definition, RFP preparation, technology solution design, vendor management, and project delivery.
